Purchasing Team
Purchaser in the used car industry is also known as the “Inspector”. The Purchaser’s role is to bring in top quality cars and to ensure there is no flood car, total loss car or theft car brought in to the company. Only detail-oriented and experienced people in the automobile industry are hired to this department. Currently we have 18 Purchasers and the team is led by our Purchasing Director Mr Lee Kim Kok.
Car Recondition Team
Car Recondition team comprise of a group of experienced foreman and technicians who act as the “car doctor” Their responsibility is to check, test and diagnose the car before handing it over to our valued customer. Maintaining car quality and customer safety are the two major missions of this team. The team is led by Director Dato Sri Chin Wei Kien.
Sales Team
Attentive, good product knowledge, sincere and friendly are among few of the strengths of our Sales force. Excellent after sales service has brought us huge numbers of repeat customers. Car City has 5 branches in Klang Valley and approximately 40 Sales Consultants at the moment. The team is led by our Sales Director Mr Ng Kiang Teng.
Operation Team
Operation team refers to the backend supportive units such as Account Dept, Admin Dept, Loan Dept and Marketing Dept that help to smoothen the daily operation of the company. Their responsibility is to ensure all the process and documentation of the buying/selling car are done in a fast, legally and professional way. Director Tham Kin Yap is the head of the Operation Team
